General
We may occasionally change the colours or design of the goods. The latest version will be the version shown on the website and available to order. Manufacturing processes sometimes mean that there may be minor variations in the colours. We will make every effort to ensure that the goods supplied correspond in every effect with the images on the website. If you are not satisfied with the product supplied, please contact us and we will arrange for an alternative to be dispatched or will arrange a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All trade returns or cancellations are subject to an administration charge at our discretion.
Payment
We accept all major Credit Cards through Paypal, you do not require a Paypal account to use your card on our site, all transactions are secure. We also accept cheques, bankers drafts and direct payment into the bank, please contact us at info@indigoaccessories.co.uk for details.
Pricing
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, we take every measure possible to ensure that our pricing is correct, if however there is an error in the pricing of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you a full refund or give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price. "All prices are unconfirmed until despatch."
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is treated with the utmost respect at Indigo Accessories, we will never disclose or share your information with a third party, unless it is necessary to complete your order. We will only use your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Returns Policy
Indigo Accessories pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason (be it faulty or you changed your mind) please return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days after the day of receipt, for a replacement or full refund. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm As you are responsible for the return of goods, Indigo Accessories recommend you send your package via recorded or special delivery, as proof of postage is not proof of receipt.

Links We cannot be held responsible for the content within third party links from our website. We have no control over the content and services that they may offer. Any questions or disputes with the companies must be taken up directly with the relevant companies and respective websites.
 

Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges can very often deflect form the good value for money that a product can offer and it is not unusual for companies to use the system to enhance profit margins by making unrealistic postage & packaging charges.
At Indigo we have laboured long and hard to implement a system that offers an extremely efficient, reliable service at the best possible price.
We will with one or two exceptions distribute our products using a combination of the Royal Mail postal service and national couriers ANC.
Whilst we cannot offer an absolute guarantee that this would offer the customer a next day delivery, especially if you live in the highlands of Scotland, we can offer the promise that all orders, queries and customer emails will be dealt with immediately in an effort to offer a traditional, fast, efficient and professional service.

Current distribution charges as of 1st October 2005 will be as follows:

Orders up to and including  £17.49 (inc.vat)                  Carriage £1.95 (inc.vat)

Orders between £17.49 and £99.99 (inc.vat)    Carriage £5.95 (inc vat)

Orders over £99.99                                                      Carriage FREE ****

Unfortunately as indicated above, due to restrictions imposed by most national courier services the costs involved in shipping some of our Larger Items would attract a delivery charge that we believe to be unrealistic.
As a result of this we are happy to enter into a one on one dialogue with any potential customer in an effort to explore any possible solution for delivery or collection in order to provide you, the customer a service truly unparalleled.

Prior to despatch each package will be individually inspected to ensure the highest quality standards are relayed to the customer, after despatch each item delivered by courier will carry sufficient insurance to cover any accidental loss or damage.
