Delivery charges can very often deflect from the good value for
money that a product can offer and it is not unusual for
companies to use the system to enhance profit margins by making
unrealistic postage & packaging charges.
At
Indigo we have laboured long and hard to implement a system that
offers an extremely efficient, reliable service at the best
possible price.
We
will with one or two exceptions distribute our products using a
combination of the Royal Mail postal service and national
couriers ANC.
Whilst we cannot offer an absolute guarantee that this would
offer the customer a next day delivery, especially if you live
in the highlands of Scotland, we can offer the promise that all
orders, queries and customer emails will be dealt with
immediately in an effort to offer a traditional, fast, efficient
and professional service.
Current distribution charges as of 1st October 2005
will be as follows:
